Hi all

I have sent twice with IRC both times. Once to his home address per request
on qrz.com and last year to his present address per qrz.com no return. I
like the idea's I have heard on the reflector.  My contact was for May 17,
2007. I don't mind sending $$ but I would like to be sure I am in his log. I
have done the registered mail once when the DX station said he never
received my card with $$ and to send registered. I received his card.
