[Dx-qsl] QSL Route for VX2GOLD ?

I have a friend who is trying to QSL the special event station VX2GOLD.  The route
on eham.net is incorrect.   Was this a pirate operation?  Here is the email he received from VE2QK

This is Jim, VE2QK
QSL manager for the VE2 incoming bureau.
I just received your QSL asking for a QSL for the callsign: VX2GOLD.
So far, I have no idea who is the QSL manager for this special callsign.  I searched all over the web to get the info and send him your card and your money.

Searches are negative so far.  As soon as I get the info, your QSL will be sent to this QSL manager.
