You must know someone in city hall. I wish I could share in your good fortune. My last submittal was sent on Nov 12, 2009 and it was 100 days before I got anything back. I still have not recieved a plaque I ordered, and got my pin yesterday. In checking the submittal list against the credits I was supposed to get, I found 3 160M contacts that were on the list that were not awarded. It took a phonecall to get that straightened out. They overcharged my credit card and it took 3 weeks (3 phone calls and 4 emails) to get that reversed. Their website says about 4 weeks turnaround, but don't believe it.
