[Dx-qsl] DXCC fast service

I submitted a few cards that came in.
and
I 'resubmitted' some pre computer data recording of old, mostly 
'deleted' cards so that the band and mode would 'be in the system'.

Mailed it on May 25th, and returned in todays (June 28) mail.

Just trying to get some of those 'really old qsls' into the system.

I realize it really doesn't count, but just because.....
