[Dx-qsl] dxcc results

Just got back my DXCC Award Credit Slip, from the submission turn in at a 
hamfest on 12 June.  Quick action, indeed.   Submitted 208 cards, after 
doing an LOTW submisson of 28 cards the day before.  This puts me up to 1757 
on the Challenge award, and 337 DXCC mixed.  Just one short of DXCC on CW.

 They did bounce one card:

UC2WY 17 May 1992 15 meters CW   with a notation of  "Resubmit to clarify"

Now what the heck does that mean???  It is in the log as Belarus, so wonder 
if that was correct as of that date?   Really hard to know who did what to 
whom when the iron curtain came down.  The card says USSR VITEBSK Zone 16 
Obl 006 - which doesnt mean a thing to me??
