     Not me.  I'm told there has been some discussion about this on 
the KST 6M page:

     Someone said these cards "typically" come out a couple of months 
before the next Es season so as to prevent all the "Where's my QSL?" 
requests, but I have no direct knowledge of that.  I wouldn't give up 
hope, but I wouldn't send again, either.  I don't think anyone has 
gotten any cards from this station . . . yet.  Maybe in April/May???
