There is also on-line licence database from MPT, but of course the sort
of personal information such as an address I don't think it can provide.

For others, JIDX logs might be a good resource (ken [prefecture] number is
exchange sent by JAs in that one).  I can look through my collection of
JIDX logs for you Tim if you seek more.  Used to be enough JA activity that
you could do WAJA in a weekend in that contest, sponsor would even
send a certificate for it unsolicited.

All JAs know their ken, JCC and/or JCG number, so ask when working them.
Also, quite a bit of JCC/JCG "expedition" activity can be found about 50 kc
up from band edge most weekends - these guys seem to get a real kick
out of DX joining the chase as they hop around the bands.
