[Dx-qsl] Online Callbook for Japan?

I used to subscribe to the Japanese CQ  magazine.  The good news is they 
would periodically put out a supplement to  the Japanese call book.  The bad 
news is that is was all written in  Japanese.
 
     The Japanese who are interested quite often send  their name, call and 
address in Latin letters to the International Call  Book.
