[Dx-qsl] T70A Returned by USPS

I sent to the same address on Feb. 1, and mine has not been returned by the 
post office so far.  Please post here if you find there is a better address.
IK3QAR shows there was a manager I4ZQS in 2007, but I sent to the QRZ 
address, same as you.
