Post to the charge on the usual letter up to 20 grammes has grown a little, however
the prices for parcels post in weight in kg or two have grown almost twice that will
have an effect on increase of quotations at transfer of cards through a bureau
(cards from bureaues as a rule are dispatched in two-kilogram packages).
Already managers of TAG bureau have declared increase of the price for transfer of cards
(to 0.35rub-0.40rub for 1 gramm)  - so many amateurs sending cards through a bureau soon will be compelled to refuse
this service and I think, that in half-year - year it will be felt very much by many .
