country they are reporting on.

I have been informed that some Euro countries are now imposing a tax on 
the conversion of currency.
If your country is effected, please include this info and I will include 
it in the 'notes' column.
Many hams outside of major cities/post offices still report difficulty 
exchanging IRC's.
