[Dx-qsl] Route for HS0ZCX?

Does anybody know a good QSL route for Charles Kelley, HS0ZCX?

My wife worked him in the 2010 CQ WW SSB contest for an all-time new 
one, but can't seem to find a valid QSL route.  The Radio Amateur 
Society of Thailand (RAST) callbook says "QSL via W3IAO," but a request 
to W3IAO's Baltimore address in QRZ came back with a note "ADDRESSEE NOT 
AT THIS ADDRESS."

Similarly, an e-mail to W3IAO's address in QRZ has gone unanswered, and 
searches of the internet don't produce anything useful either.  Anybody 
know how to get a QSL from this station?
