[Dx-qsl] vk9ns logs?

My last SASE to Jim was in-flight when he passed.  (My wife kicked me a bit
because I was concerned about getting the QSLs.)  I was surprised when Jim's
XYL sent the card back.

I don't know if she's still doing that, but that's how I got my card last.
