[Dx-qsl] New PJ's QSL's

I received one card back from one of the portable stations, but it was for a contact under the old entity, not the new one.

Considering that the DXCC desk won't accept any of the new cards before 1 January, I wouldn't be too worried about it.  

Better they take their time than do a rush job!
