[Dx-qsl] qsl cards not received yet

         Several  items you  should  consider,
         Cards  can only  be  forwarded to  you , if  cards are  received 
for you...
         All  bureau  workers are  volunteers...
         Did  you  contact  the W2  Incoming Bureau directly ?   or  did 
you  lay  out  your  concerns  publically ? ....
         Are your bureau  credits   current ?...
         I'm  sure all bureau  workers would  rather chase  dx  than 
shuffle  cards...


                         ..... A  retired  bureau  worker from  the W2 
bureau  ..
                          .... A bureau  where  a quarter million incoming 
cards  each year  are  triple  sorted
