I am trying to find out how to get a Russian visa so that I can travel 
to Moscow for WRTC. There is no visa support in Anchorage.  The closest 
place is the Russian Consulate in Seattle.  I have received an 
invitation (which was also sent to the consulate in Seattle) from Intel 
service Center, I have filled out and signed two visa applications, I 
have two passport size photos.  I was going to send all of this to the 
Russian Consulate in Seattle, but there is conflicting information about 
whether they accept mailed applications or will only accept them in person.
