TU5KM---I received my card thru the bureau. (It had a note saying: (Sorry, 
Post Office Closed.) I don't know exactly what Jim meant. Bureau might be 
the best route.
XU7ABN---On my second attempt, I used a generic business envelope (one with 
the window) and it worked. Name and address was typewritten.
I have nothing on 9J2KC.
