[Dx-qsl] OK To Send QSL's to Europe Now?

I have the same concerns, Tim. I have a small stack of cards from the ARRL
DX SSB and CW to go out and decided to wait a few days for things to get
back to normal. Just think of all the baggage and cargo containers being
shifted around and maybe being stacked up in places where they normally
would not be with the increased possibly of getting lost. This should not
affect mail service but it was reported that UPS has diverted their
shipments from their regular airport hub in Germany to the Madrid airport
where they are trucked to the distribution hub in Germany. I don't know if
the USPS is doing the same or just holding the mail for the flights to
continue but I won't be placing any international mail until the flights
start up again just to be safe.

Do you think the backlog of Air Mail is getting processed?
I hate to see my QSL's getting stuck in a warehouse somewhere.
