  This one has caught me by surprise........... on the 13th, I worked 7Z1CQ on 17 meters SSB he was 20/9 ++   this morning I sent him a CARD,............. this evening he shows up on LOTW

  CONFIRMED !.............  BOY,....... I sure wish MORE hams would USE  L O T W ..........
