[Dx-qsl] S79GM and YS3CW via LoTW

Two needed band-fills on Logbook the last couple of days. S79GM for 40, 80
and RTTY fills and YS3CW on 20RTTY, completing a 9x3 sweep of El Salvador.

 

It's really encouraging to see LoTW become increasingly popular. Before I
uploaded my 828 or so WPX QSOs last Sunday I was sitting at 9,049 LoTW QSLs.
I got 150 in the following 24 hours and a week later there were 300+ new
hits. My return rate on LoTW is now better than my buro return ever was (30%
versus roughly 22% buro).
