got today 23 (!)?QSLs (send registered in Aug 2008 and received 

registered) from Vlad, UA4WHX. Send a sheet of paper with 

the listings of all my hearings and some IRCs. All are very nice

QSLs and properly filled-out. Really great.



Vlad was even a SWL - UA4-095-607 !
