[Dx-qsl] is F8US still a qsl manager?

I have two cw qsos, I never requested/received.
FB8ZZ 8/28/71 for 20 cw
FB8ZZ 10/7/71 for 15 cw

Do you or anyone know if these logs are still open?
Did anyone take over the F8US managers responsibility?
