[Dx-qsl] IRCs & My P.O. -- thanks

[KD0AL]

i want to thank everyone who took the time to respond to my question about 
IRCs...consensus seems to be to call that 800 number. i understand IRCs are 
a little out of the ordinary stamp sales, but it would seem like at least 
ONE p.o. in a county as large as Ventura County would carry them.
   anyway, tnx and best to all. i really appreciate all the info.
