Tim and ALL: regarding IRCs or issues
you dont like your service or getting the run-around from a Branch or Station do the following. I did and I got action and follow-up.
You never tell a Postal Patron they cannot be helped !

SPECIFICALLY CALL THE FOLLOWING NUMBER:Call 1-800-ASK-USPS
(1-800-275-8777)
M-F - 8:00am-8:30pm ET
Sat - 8:00am-6:00pm ET
Sun/Holidays - Closed
YES IT WORKS
your Postmaster or the Supervisor of the Branch / Station must call you back
ask for CA number to document the call
Anyone telling a customer to go to another Post Office for Service is wrong -
The District Office will follow-up
Sit back and do nothing if you like being treated like crap or CALL IN

After I had one counter clerk try to sell me 60 cent "international
air mail" stamps (this was after the price went up to 98 cents), I
only buy my postage from the on-line store. It is so much easier and
they arrive in two days for only a buck handling/postage charge.
