[Dx-qsl] IRCs & My P.O.

I'm wondering if I missed something at some point. Here's what's happened:

1. Yesterday, I went to my local post office (Camarillo, CA) and asked to buy some IRCs (just wanted a few to have on hand). The clerk told me that p.o. had quit "ordering" them and suggested I try Ventura.

2. Today, I went to the main p.o. in Ventura, CA. That clerk told me IRCs no longer existed -- that they had been "done away with." I questioned that, so he went and asked his supervisor, who said "We don't carry them anymore."

As I said, I'm wondering if I've missed something alone the way, or if it's just that I'm dealing with typical p.o. efficiency.

Would appreciate any thoughts.
