[Dx-qsl] forever stamps

You probably won't need them for the K4M qsls.

But this is the time to remember if your sending for qsls from a stateside 
manager (and your a stateside person) that the USPS now seems to increase 
it's rates automatically every year.
Think the rates go into effect in the spring. But I put Forever Stamps on my 
return SASE so the qsl manager doesn't get dinged for them.

In fact I'm still using from the BIG bunch I bought like 3 years ago. LOL
