Gary,

We have three postal companies in Bosnia and Herzegovina and be sure 
that stamps you are going to send to E71A are issued by BHP and not HP 
Mostar (recently I get more of second). Correct value for air mail 
letter to USA is 1.85KM (I have received many 1.50 stamps with air mail 
envelopes over the years).

If you are unable to find stamps, 1IRC or 2USD are required for sending 
air mail letter to USA (and any other destination).
