[Dx-qsl] Empty envelope from W3 buro

I've gotten a lot of envelopes from JA-land with no way to seal them, Never was any glue on the flap.  I've ended up having to go find some cellophane tape just to make sure the flap stays closed.  Don't know why foilks send out envelopes with no way to seal them.
