[Dx-qsl] XR0Y OQRS

Is anyone else having trouble using the OQRS function on the XR0Y website?

I've entered my data, but when I try to complete the transaction, it 
throws me over to what looks like a Polish PayPal site.  I don't 
speak or read Polish, so this is a problem.  I don't see any place to 
click for the English language version, so I'm kind of stuck.  I know 
the transaction has not been completed because I got no email notice 
from PayPal.

Sent an email to the "contact" link on the XR0Y site, but no response 
as of yet.

Any help?
