WP3C via W3HNK - confirms # 30 on 12 meters  

 

About a 10 day turnaround, and in all fairness, it was an overlooked 2006
QSO that I only recently rediscovered as never confirmed; one of a small
collection that got set aside when I was between jobs & promptly forgotten
about.  

 

On the same lines, I noticed that my only 12 meter QSO with Panama,
HP1/DJ7AA, also was never confirmed, probably for the same reason.  Anyone
know if he still QSL's?  I've had some bad luck the last few years getting
some of the EU guys who have operated portable in Central America to QSL,
for some unknown reason. must have ticked somebody off, I guess.
