Folks,

To make the story short.

I sent two registered mailings to OD5NH.

A. The first one was received and responded
   with "not-enough" notice.

B. Than I sent the second one, with the amount 
   asked, and received all cards for all QSOs.

This was a very pricy exercise, and in the end 
I received my own cards rubber stamped as confirmation.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Would be cheaper to fabricate own
                    'rubber stamp'.
