[Dx-qsl] received today 7Q7AA via LoTW

Not uncommon, but this 7Q7AA qsl was from 1970...

I still haven't received a LoTW from my Novice call, WN9VOL...

But shows that some of the old logs are getting into the system.

My earliest qso confimed via LoTW is 3V8NC for a July 1969 qso.
