I have beat my head against the wall on this one too.

I have sent 2 QSL's with 2GS each regular mail.
I sent 1 with 2GS via Registered Mail.

I sent another via WF5E (not Les's fault).

The Registered Mail doesn't work, because once it leaves the care
of the USPS, and sent into the international mail, it is no longer registered.

I have thought about sending via a UPS Letter, Fedex or DHL costs about $75 one way.  Maybe there is enough interest for a group?
Preventing theft on the return trip might be a problem too.
