As RAC member you are entitled to 4 kg cards/annum
free of charge. I am receiving your cards regularly 
and process them as they come.

I am doing my best to send cards as frequently as possible,
and at the same time to stay within the budget imposed by RAC.

Other bureaux slow down as well. Possible reasons:

1. Smaller volume due to low Solar activity
   (takes longer to collect sufficient volume of cards).

2. Bureaux are struggling with postal expenses. Some already
   closed, or on the brink of bacrupcy.

3. Competition of el.media, and direct QSLing.


I am sending minimum of 10 packages a month to foreign
bureaux, maybe more. Your QSLs are in many of them.
