[Dx-qsl] XR0Y What is OQRS??

I have a question concerning the QSL infor on the ZR0Y website.  I noticed the followng under QSL information on their web site:
 
OQRS direct requests:
5USD or 4 EURO via OQRS = returned via direct
OQRS will become available once XR0Y gets on the air.
 
 
Can someone tell me what "OQRS" is?   I have been in the hobby since the early 60's, and this is the first time I have seen this abbreviation (and maybe not even know what it stands for).
