The new QSL manager fro 9V1YC, 9V9HQ and N1YC/VK9X is now Randy, W5UE. 
After many years of excellent service as James' QSL manager, Joe N5ID
is handing over duties to Randy in order to recuperate after an
extended illness in hospital.  W5UE has all the logs, blank cards and
pending QSL requests for all James' callsigns so feel free to check his
