Hi,

I have this one also and received via N7RO QSL Service back when..  Card 
was signed by Wally the op and indicated
qsl via home call.  Have this note in my log also:

"from qsl reflector  26 Mar 2002  fyi:
Wally's homecall is RU1ZC (ex UW1ZC).
And Loparskaya located in Murmanskaya oblast, RUSSIA (not UKRAINE!).
So, correct address is :
Valentin Mykitenko,
Akademgorodok, 2-1
Loparskaya, Murmanskaya obl.,
184340 RUSSIA"
