[Dx-qsl] GJ4CBQ & UA2FW

I got two responses to my inquiry about GJ4CBQ and UA2FW.

I was told that GJ4CBQ does not QSL, period. I hope that information is
wrong, because it's a shame for someone to operate on 160 meters from a
semi-rare entity and refuse to QSL.

There was no useful information about UA2FW other than one of the responders
worked him in January 2009 and is also still waiting for a card.
