I am a kind of bigginers of Dxing and I don't know Kiyoko-san.
("Kiyoko" is a common YL name here in Japan. "Yamakami" is also common
family name.)

However, JH4IFF is my friend.
You could reach him by email with JH4IFF at JARL.COM
Please let me know if you would need any helps to reach him.

welll, the dx bloodhound found this.
T31KY (NH6RT is no longer a valid call);

In my 1996 callbook, NH6RT is listed as Kiyoko Yamakami and says to qsl
via JH4IFF. JH4IFF is still active (see qrz.com, same name as 1996,
different address). Also, a search for Kiyoko Yamakami finds current
9N1KY in qrz.com name search. I don't know if that is a common Japanese
name, but the 9N might be worth a shot.

Good luck!
