[Dx-qsl] VU2-irc/GS

Dear All,
             I get irc"s and GS's. The irc's never go to the Post Office.
In Bombay, there is a particular PO where I could exchange irc's
for stamps,it will cost me 2hrs of time and 3irc worth of travel
expense.
              Once in a while I get open envelopes,with or without irc
 but never WITH gs.I reply regardless and don't kick up a row at
the PO.By and large, the mail with GS has not been questioned.
            I recirculate whatever I get.
