Dick,
I have a QSL from AP2JZB for 3 QSOs in 2000, but back then his mgr was
K2EWB.
My card from EP2SMH/EP3SMH, however, was direct. Back in 2001 I received his
card in 5 months, sent $1.
FWIW, for the past few years I have sent ALL my foreign direct QSLs in a
plain #10 business envelope, computer-printed (i.e. no handwriting). I wrap
my QSL, $$, and (airmail) SAE in a sheet of paper to keep out the snoops. I
try to make the letter as inconspicuous as possible. In this way, I have
successfully QSLed V51AS, EP3SMH, and a bunch of other dubious places. :-)
