[Dx-qsl] QSLs from AP2JZB and EP2SMH

Has anyone had any luck in obtaining a QSL card from either AP2JZB and/or 
EP2SMH?

I worked AP2JZB on 16 Oct 02 and have sent a "large number" of cards to the 
QRZ.com address in Pakistan.  So far no luck at all.

I worked EP2SMH twice in Sept of 2002 and have again sent a "large number" 
of cards to his QRZ.com QSL address.  He says in his listing in QRZ.com; 
"FOR REPLAY QSL YOU MUST SEND 2$.  I haven`t qsl manager you can send qsl 
card only direct P.O.Box. when I receive your qsl card 100% send my qsl for 
you".
Guess the "catch" is "when I receive your qsl card"???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
