Looking at my FT4WC QSL card from 1991, it reads "QSL via F6GVH", and
gives an address in France, but no name.

QRZ dot com shows a current address for F6GVH, so I'd give that a try.

Curiously, the QSL gives a postal code of 45700 in the address. The
address on QRZ dot com gives a different city, but the same postal code.

Good luck,
