Yes he does, and it will take a little while.
After all he has 310K QSOs to process manually.

Interestingly enough, he responded to bureau cards
sent to him about 8 months earlier.

Bureau responses to his previous Dxpeditions to Oceania
and Carrabian islands is well known fact.
