Vlad is doing a fine job. I sent my card with IRC less than a month ago, and today the ER4DX card was in the mail!

It looks like the black hole has finally been closed, after 3 years.

  For anyone interested in QSLing ER4DX, and having any sort of trouble, I can report sending a direct request to -

  with 1 x IRC, and receiving the card back in one month flat (sent 16 Jan, received today, 16 Feb).

   

  By any accounts that is very good service, and all the more enjoyable for me as it confirmed ER on 80 metres SSB.
