Well said Fred K3ZO and Nenad VE3EXY - such a shame that a very few, 
(emphasise FEW), don't appreciate your great efforts.

In my book, your postings are just as useful as postings expressing 
good experiences with QSL managers; this hobby is all about effective 
communication, so let's keep it civil and not broadcast the negatives 
about a guy's positive efforts on OUR behalf, cos these outbursts help 
no-one and will discourage the very subscribers who Fred, Nenad and all 
are trying to reach.
