I find Fred's information extremely valuable. There is a lot
misinformation in the different "QSL manager databases" and cluster
spots. I subscribed this reflector for correct information like the one
Fred is providing.

The amount of stations who do not QSL via bureau is surprisingly high.
The least sign of Ham Spirit would be if these stations QSLd via LoTW.
