I thought QSL'ing & QSL routes/info was basics. Seems to me a reflector
is a good place to spread the word.  Why not let the webmaster decide
if he doesnt want Fred to post it here.  I dont mind hitting my delete
key - this is the most stuff ive seen posted on this web in ages - at
least I know
