Fred,
I think you will have more success at correcting
routing information if you send email to the "Sender"
of the misroute advising of who the correct QSL
manager is and that you are destroying their card.
Why complain and then forward the card?
Who on this list do you think cares about all the
effort you put into managing a bureau. Your job
is a thankless one. I have been there, done that.
