This Bureau is receiving QSLs for KH8/NS3A.  NS3A is the USA call sign
of YU3AA, former YZ7AA.

We forward these cards to the Serbian Bureau, even though NS3A's
QRZ.com listing says "Direct Only."  We get a fair number of cards
through the Bureau from YU3AA for three-land stations who he contacted
as YZ7AA, so we know he uses the Bureau.  There may be some hope.
